Our pork is the foundation of our farm. We choose a specific combination of grains to produce a leaner pig without sacrificing flavour.

Most of our goats are born here on our farm, raised free-range on pasture and a lower grain-finished diet. We raise a small dairy herd for anyone looking to add some dairy goats to your farm.

Our pasture-raised turkeys are available seasonally – usually ready a few days prior to Thanksgiving to preserve optimal freshness.

Our rabbits are an alternative to chicken meat. It is a white, higher-protein meat with a lower calorie count than most animals.
